I started cooking zucchini with a new recipe for myself – I’ve never cooked it this way before. If I knew that it would be so good, I would cook this dish all the time.
I want to share with you this wonderful recipe – it is not even embarrassing to serve such a dish to guests. I’m sure that everyone will ask for the recipe.
Let’s start cooking:
We will need 2 medium sized young zucchini
Cut them into four pieces
And slice it into like these little slices.
Put in a bowl and squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
Sprinkle with ground black pepper to taste
Mix well and set aside for 20 minutes to marinate.
While the zucchini are marinating we cut 1-2 large onions in half rings and one large carrot grated on a coarse grater.
Onion and carrot fry in vegetable oil until soft
Now add zucchini. Salt to taste and stew over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until soft
Then add three tablespoons of sour cream
Stir and stew for another 5 minutes.
At the end add 4-5 cloves of minced garlic, dill to taste and let it stand under the lid for a while. You can also add some basil if you like it, it also adds a special flavor.
And here is a wonderful dish we have – flavorful, hearty and budget. It can be eaten by those who want to lose a few extra pounds by summer. You can eat it as a separate dish or serve it with any side dish.
