Fall Delights: Uniquely Delicious Pumpkin Cheesecake

Before we embark on this culinary adventure, gather the following ingredients:

  • 24oz Cream Cheese (4 7oz tubs) (room temperature)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 5 Large Eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon All Spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 (15oz) Can of Pumpkin
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Pre-made Graham Cracker Crusts

Once you have all the ingredients assembled, it’s time to begin the process:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients until well blended. Ensure that the cream cheese is at room temperature, allowing it to soften for a few hours before mixing. This step is crucial for achieving a smooth consistency.
  2. Pour the mixture evenly into the two pre-made graham cracker crusts, as this recipe yields two delightful pumpkin cheesecakes.
  3. Place both cheesecakes in the oven, preheated to 350 degrees, and bake for one hour. After an hour, turn off the stove but leave the cheesecakes undisturbed inside the oven for an additional hour. This allows them to set perfectly.
  4. Once the baking process is complete, remove the cheesecakes from the oven and place them on the counter to cool.
  5. Then, transfer them to the refrigerator and let them chill overnight.
  6. The following day, it’s time to savor a delicious slice of pumpkin cheesecake!
