How do you surprise and delight your family with a sweet dish that only takes 15-20 minutes to make? The answer is simple: freshly baked cookies with M&M’s! This colorful dessert will not only please sweet lovers with its delicate chocolate flavor, but also will decorate your table with bright colors, but at the same time will not make you fuss in the kitchen!
What you will need to make 6 cookies:
- 2 small packs of black M&M’s
- 150 gr flour
- 1 egg
- 80 g sugar
- 40g of butter
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Vanilla sugar to taste (a pinch would be enough, I think)
If you want to make, for example, 12 cookies, you should take twice as many ingredients.
Instructions:
Step 1: mix flour, salt and baking powder.
Step 2: Melt the butter, cool it to room temperature, mix our melted butter with sugar and vanilla, then add the chicken egg and mix everything as well.
Step 3: Make a mix of what we got in step 1 and the mixture from step 2. That is, we mix everything we got in step 1 and 2 together. This should make an insanely delicious dough, into which we add about a packet and a half of M&M’s.
Step 4: Place the dough on the baking tray in the shape of circles. You can, of course, get fancy and lay out the dough in the form of stars or squares, but in the end you will still end up with round-shaped cookies.
On top of the cookies put the rest of the candy, to make it prettier and tastier, and bake the whole thing for 7-10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
