The simplest pie "6 glasses" with any frozen berries

Ingredients:

  • Unfilled yogurt, vegetable oil and sugar 1 cup each;
  • flour, 3 cups;
  • eggs, 2 pcs;
  • baking powder, 1 tsp;
  • vanilla extract to taste;
  • pinch of salt;
  • frozen berries, 100 g.

Instructions:

Take a glass of any volume, the main thing that it measured all the ingredients to comply with the proportions.

The berries can be replaced with any other filling, or you can just make a tasty biscuit, sprinkle it with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate, smear it with cream, etc.

Mix yoghurt, vegetable oil and sugar until homogeneous.

Add flour, baking powder and vanilla to taste, eggs and mix the dough.

Tip: You can replace the vanilla extract with lemon zest or cinnamon. Experiment with the seasonings.

Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.

Grease the form with oil and sprinkle with flour, pour the batter.

Place berries on top.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes, but watch your oven.

You can add chocolate, cream, honey and other additions to the cake.
