Ingredients (1 serving)
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
- Grated cheese 200g
- Milk 250 ml.
- Butter 50 g
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Dried basil 1/3 tsp.
- Salt to taste
- Flour 2 tbsp.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add flour and fry until golden brown
Pour a glass of milk, bring to a boil
Pour in grated cheese and mix
Stir in seasoning and room temperature butter. Pour over the salted pasta or add the pasta to the sauce and sauté. Let stand for a few minutes.
