When I want to remember summer and its bright colors, I make a simple vegetable salad with red cabbage. I suggest you get acquainted with the recipe of this light, tasty and very healthy salad. Ingredients (4 servings)
- Red cabbage 300 г
- Sesame 1 tbsp.
- Fresh parsley 30 г
- Green onions 3 pcs.
- Carrots 1 pc.
- Cucumber 1 pc.
- Salt to taste
Shred the cabbage.
Cut the cucumber into julienne strips.
Chop green onions and herbs.
Grate carrots on a grater (better to use a special grater for carrots, then the carrots are juicier).
Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Add salt and sesame seeds and mix.
Add the sesame oil and stir the salad again.
