Every housewife has her own favorite and tried-and-true recipe for cutlets. I want to share mine, the dish turns out soft and juicy, such cutlets can be served in gravy and without, with various side dishes and salads.
minced meat, 650 g;
onions, 350 gr;
garlic, 2 cloves;
milk, 50 ml;
butter, 25 g;
egg, 1 pc;
white bread, 60 g;
salt, pepper, spices.
Stuffing you can buy ready-made or make from several kinds of meat (it tastes better that way).
Part of the onion and garlic are finely chopped and first slightly fry the garlic in vegetable oil, and then add the onion. Fry it until golden and add butter.
Let cool the onion.
Mix minced meat with onion and garlic.
Add grated onion to minced meat.
Pour milk on the bread and when it is soft mix it with the ground meat.
Salt and pepper it, add any spices and an egg. Knead and beat up the mass.
Tip: minced meat gets full of oxygen, becomes more even and holds the shape of the cutlets well, you can even leave the egg off.
Dip the cutlets in flour and fry in vegetable oil until tender.
Cutlets in this recipe are always juicy, flavorful, well-cooked, perfectly combined with mashed potatoes or boiled young potatoes.
