This dish can be made for breakfast, snack, or appetizer. Very tasty! It is made with ordinary thin pita bread and stuffing.
For the stuffing, I take the minced meat (350-400 grams) and fry it until tender.
Grate about 100 grams of cheese.
Also 2-3 cloves of garlic.
Chop some herbs for flavor.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. The filling is ready!
Cut the pita into strips. The width is up to you. I divided each sheet into three parts. Place the filling on the pita strips.
Wrap in the shape of a triangle.
It turns out these rather large triangles.
Now heat a frying pan with a little oil. Dip each piece in the egg.
Roast over medium heat under a lid.
On both sides.
Place on a platter and serve. You can eat it with sour cream or any other sauce.
I change the toppings depending on my mood and the availability of the right products.
