Frozen fruit bars are the perfect treat on a hot day. You can use almost any fruit and berries you have in the house: strawberries, bananas, kiwi, pineapples, oranges. Fruit ice is not only healthy and delicious, but children also really like it because of the bright, cheerful colors.
- 130 g peeled apricots
- 130 grams of raspberries
- 250 ml plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Chop the apricots in a blender until they become a creamy mass. Chop the raspberries in the same way.
Place the fruit in two different bowls. If the fruit has seeds (such as kiwi), you can strain the mixture through a sieve. Add the yoghurt – 125 ml for each fruit. Stir the mixture until smooth.
Spread one of the mixtures into ice cream molds (you can use ice molds or plastic cups), filling them halfway. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
After that, take out the molds, pour the second mixture (from another fruit) on top and stick a wooden stick in each one.
Put the forms with ice cream in the freezer for 6 hours.
After this time, the ice cream will be ready to eat.
