  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Mayonnaise Mixture

  • ½ cup (120 g) mayonnaise, at room temperature
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded parmesan cheese, divided
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) baking dish or sheet pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Season the chicken breasts evenly with the seasoning mixture on all sides. Arrange them in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, ½ cup of parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each halved chicken breast.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese equally over each chicken breast.
  7. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until the chicken’s internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
