Such meat patties will be a wonderful and very appetizing decoration for any holiday table and will be a great alternative to the usual cutlets.
- any ground meat, 600 g;
- A loaf of bread and milk;
- Onions, 1 pc;
- Boiled eggs, 4 pcs;
- Cheese, 100 gr;
- Salt, pepper, spices.
For the sauce:
- mustard, 0.5 tsp;
- egg yolk, 1 pc;
- vegetable oil, 4 tbsp;
Soak the loaf in milk.
Ground meat should be salted, peppered and spiced to taste and beat well, so that the mass is saturated with oxygen and becomes more soft.
For the sauce, mix all the ingredients and beat with a whisk or fork until smooth.
Tip: Take any mustard you like, but not grains. The sauce can also be replaced with mayonnaise or ketchup.
Line a baking tray with parchment and place flat and round portions of the ground meat.
On top we put thinly sliced onion rings, pour the sauce on them and put slices of hard-boiled eggs.
Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and send to the oven.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes.
The patties turn out very soft, juicy and delicious. If desired, you can also add fried mushrooms, laying them on the onion along with the egg.
When serving, sprinkle with chopped greens.
