Therefore, I will give a clear example of how an ordinary broccoli salad can be turned into the most desirable dish even for those who do not particularly like this vegetable.

The appetizing, unusual, refined and juicy salad is great with both fish and meat dishes. When you want something cool and light, the salad can be served as a separate dish. The longer this salad stays in the fridge, the tastier it gets, try it!

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • Dried cranberries 0.5 tbsp.
  • Red grapes 150g
  • 1 cucumbers
  • Broccoli 200g
  • Natural yogurt to taste
  • Goat cheese or feta cheese 200 g
  • Sunflower seeds 1 tbsp.

Instructions

Soak cranberries in boiling water. Leave them while we prepare the other ingredients.

Peel the broccoli from the yellow twigs and wash it. We only need the very tops. So first separate the inflorescences, and from them we will cut off the tips. You can also cut the stems, if you like.

Wash the cucumber and cut into small pieces.

We need red grapes without seeds. Also wash and cut in half.

Dice the cheese or can be grated on a coarse grater.

Drain the cranberries, put them on a paper towel, dry a little, and you can add them to the salad.
