A surprisingly tasty salad with broccoli and grapes is good for satisfying hunger and improves the metabolism due to the large amount of vitamins, protein and fiber. Therefore, you can use not only the florets, but also the trunk of broccoli to get the full range of nutrients. The low calorie content (only 34 kcal per 100 g) makes this vegetable ideal for dietary meals. Keep this in mind if you decide to work on your figure and health.
A healthy meal does not necessarily mean a fasting soup. You can prepare quite usual, hearty and tasty dishes that saturate the body with everything it needs. It’s no secret that not everyone likes broccoli. Therefore, I will give a clear example of how an ordinary broccoli salad can be turned into the most desirable dish even for those who do not particularly like this vegetable.
The appetizing, unusual, refined and juicy salad is great with both fish and meat dishes. When you want something cool and light, the salad can be served as a separate dish. The longer this salad stays in the fridge, the tastier it gets, try it!
Ingredients (4 servings)
- Dried cranberries 0.5 tbsp.
- Red grapes 150g
- 1 cucumbers
- Broccoli 200g
- Natural yogurt to taste
- Goat cheese or feta cheese 200 g
- Sunflower seeds 1 tbsp.
Soak cranberries in boiling water. Leave them while we prepare the other ingredients.
Peel the broccoli from the yellow twigs and wash it. We only need the very tops. So first separate the inflorescences, and from them we will cut off the tips. You can also cut the stems, if you like.
Wash the cucumber and cut into small pieces.
We need red grapes without seeds. Also wash and cut in half.
Dice the cheese or can be grated on a coarse grater.
Drain the cranberries, put them on a paper towel, dry a little, and you can add them to the salad.
Peeled sunflower seeds add to the other ingredients in a common bowl.
Dress the salad with natural yogurt or sour cream. Four tablespoons of yogurt was enough for my taste.
Stir the salad well. Serve the salad at once, but the longer it stays in the refrigerator, the more delicious it becomes.
