Ingredients & Variations

  • Crescent Roll Dough: Utilize pre-made crescent roll dough for simplicity. If your dough has perforations, ensure they are sealed by pinching them together. Sheet forms of crescent dough are also available and very convenient.
  • Cheeses: This recipe includes a mix of parmesan, mozzarella, and cream cheese, blending perfectly to create a creamy and cheesy filling. Mozzarella is used both within the mixture and as a topping.
  • Spinach: Opt for frozen spinach for ease; ensure it is thoroughly thawed and excess moisture is removed before use. Fresh spinach can be substituted but will require cooking down to achieve the correct consistency.
  • Artichokes: Half a can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, is perfect for this recipe, adding a subtle tanginess to the bites.
