Zucchini with tomato and cheese in the oven: my favorite vegetable dinner since childhood!

Ingredients:

  • zucchini, 250 g;
  • Sweet pepper and tomato, 1 pc;
  • milk, 3 tbsp;
  • sour cream, 20 gr;
  • cheese, 30 gr;
  • Egg, 1 pc;
  • salt, pepper, spices, herbs.

Cooking process

Wash and dry zucchini and cut them into thin slices.

Tomato and pepper also cut into slices, grate cheese on a medium grater.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, put the vegetables, alternating layers in a vertical position.

Salt and pepper the vegetables, sprinkle with spices to taste and chopped herbs.

Dip a brush into sour cream and grease the vegetables.

Combine the egg and milk, beat up and salt to taste.

Sprinkle cheese on top, pour whisked egg and milk.

Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
