It is no secret that the most delicious part of the chicken is the thigh fillet. The meat in this part is soft and tender, and incredibly juicy. If the standard dishes are already bored, and so want to please the family with an unusual delicacy, try cooking poultry according to this recipe. Chicken in soy sauce, with honey and garlic – the recipe is very simple, even a novice cook can understand.

Some people mistakenly believe that fried chicken with honey must necessarily be sweet. The proposed recipe is designed to prove them wrong. In the end, chicken with honey takes on a sour-sweet flavor. For the marinade mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, white wine vinegar, I sometimes replace the vinegar with lemon juice. Dilute the resulting mass with a small amount of plain water. The taste of honey should not be strong, especially if you do not like the taste of honey. In this case, it is better to take linden or flower honey. If you like the taste of honey – feel free to take buckwheat honey.

Serve the dish with boiled rice or grilled vegetables, or any other side dish. And if there’s anything left over, use it to make a filling for a pita appetizer or sandwich, you just need to shred the meat with a knife.
