- 4 ounces (113g) cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup (57.5g) sour cream, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon (2.5g) kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

- 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent dough
Instructions
- Preparation: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix Filling: In a bowl, combine spinach, ½ cup mozzarella, parmesan, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Prepare Dough: On a floured surface, roll out the crescent dough into a 9×14-inch (23×35.5cm) rectangle, sealing any perforations if necessary. Cut into 24 squares.
