Today’s treat is a cookie from my favorite Italy, delicious and flavorful!
- wheat flour about 400 g.
- sugar 50 gr.
- salt a little
- olive oil 50 gr.
- White dry wine 100 ml.
- Ground almonds 200 gr.
- brown sugar 80 gr.
- Black chocolate 100 gr.
- lemon zest 1-2 tbsp.
- lemon juice 2-4 tbsp.
- cinnamon 1-2 tsp.
STEP BY STEP RECIPE
Knead a soft dough of all the ingredients and put it in a film in the cold.
In a water bath (on steam) melt the chocolate, add all the following ingredients, stir, add a tbsp of lemon juice and get an elastic mass, which we roll out in the form of a sausage with a diameter of about 1 cm.
Cut it into equal cylinders about 1.5 cm long.
Take the dough out of the fridge and roll out on a towel very thinly, dusting with flour.
Lay out a row of chocolate cylinders at 1 cm intervals.
I molded balls and immediately put them on the edge of the dough, wrap them in a turn and a half of dough.
Press with your finger between the cylinders and cut into cookies, which we immediately transfer to a baking tray covered with parchment.
Do the same with all the dough and the filling.
Bake in a preheated oven to 175 ° C for about 12-15 minutes.
Don’t even ask me how long they can be kept…. I have these cookies for half a day or a day… then they’re all eaten)))
