- green zucchini – 3 pcs.
- minced meat (pork and beef) – 500 g
- fresh tomatoes – 1 jar
- mozzarella – 100 g
- fresh basil
- tortilla – 1 pack
- natural yogurt – 200 g
- garlic – 2-3 cloves
- salt, seasoning for minced meat – to taste
- olive oil – 3 tablespoons.
Prepare in the following order:
Fry the minced meat in a pan with olive oil. Fry until all the juices have evaporated, then add the canned tomatoes and mince seasoning. Stir and stew for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin slices and sprinkle with salt. When the zucchini slices are soft, remove the salt by rinsing the vegetables under running water.
Dry the zucchini slices, place them on a wooden board, place 1 tbsp of the meat sauce, sprinkle grated cheese on top, place a basil leaf in each roll and roll up. Wrap the zucchini in an additional 3 cm wide tortilla strip. Place the rolls in a heatproof dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes. Serve the rolls with garlic sauce. Mix the natural yoghurt with the minced garlic.
