Unusual baked patties in a cap of potatoes, carrots and onions

Ingredients:

  • minced meat, 400 g;
  • onions, 2 pcs;
  • carrot, 1 pc;
  • potatoes, 400 g;
  • corn flour, 1 tbsp;
  • salt, pepper, spices, herbs;
  • cheese, 100 g;
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise and sour cream.

Instructions:

Season the minced meat with salt and spices.

Grate potatoes and salt them, leave for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess liquid.

Add corn flour and grated onion to the mince.

The second onion finely chop.

Grate carrots.

Fry onion and carrot.

Layer the baking tray with parchment and lay out large minced meat patties.

Place grated potatoes on the patties, and stewed vegetables on top.

Mix mayonnaise and sour cream, salt, pepper and add spices.

Spread this sauce on top of the patties.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
