Refreshing kohlrabi salad with carrots and cucumber

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • Kohlrabi cabbage 250 г
  • Fresh parsley to taste
  • Green onion 1 bundle
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Carrots 1 pc.
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Cucumber 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Peel the kohlrabi from the top coarse, wash and dry.

Chop the kohlrabi into straws, salt a little and leave for 5 minutes.

Peel and grate carrots on a grater for Korean carrots or cut into thin slices.
