This is a very tasty and flavorful recipe and you will definitely like it, as I once did. It is very easy to prepare, but the final dish will be so delicious that you can put it on the holiday table.
Ingredients:
- sweet red bell peppers, fleshy, 1 kg;
- garlic, half a head;
- 9% vinegar, 1 tbsp;
- vegetable oil, 2 tbsp;
- black pepper, 5 pcs;
- salt, 0.5 tsp;
- sugar, 1/3 tsp.
Instructions:
Rinse the pepper well, but do not remove the tails, do not violate the integrity of the vegetable.
Dry the pepper.
Cover a tray with foil and arrange the peppers in a single layer.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. During this time, turn it 3 times.
Tip: The color of the peppers does not matter much, just choose fleshy varieties.
Put the peppers in a pan, cover and leave until they are completely cooled, after which you can easily remove the skin.
Remove the skin from the pepper.
Mix the juice from the peppers with salt, sugar and pepper, vegetable oil and vinegar. Mix well until homogeneous.
Cut the garlic into thin slices and mix with the marinade.
Tip: You can squeeze a couple of garlic cloves through a garlic presser. But not all of it!
Put a layer of peppers in a bowl with a lid, pour the marinade, put the second layer and again pour the marinade and garlic. In this way lay all the peppers and pour the marinade all over.
Cover with the lid and leave to marinate for 6 hours.
Most often I make these peppers in the evening, so that the next day the snack is ready.
