eggs, 3 pcs;
sugar, 130 grams;
milk, 200 ml;
flour, 200 gr;
baking powder, 10 g;
Any berries to taste, 300 g.
Mix the eggs with sugar and vanilla to taste, stir with a whisk until the sugar dissolves.
Pour in the milk and stir.
Add sifted flour mixed with baking powder, and knead the dough well.
The mass should be thick and completely homogeneous.
Pour the berries into the dough and mix.
Tip: Mix berries with a tablespoon of any starch so that they do not give out much juice during baking.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Check your oven and see if they are ready with a chopstick.
Take out of the mold and cool.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
The cake is tender, fluffy and fragrant. To make it tastier and more presentable, you can cut the cake into two layers and smear them with cream, which you can make to your liking.
