A wonderful pancake recipe that always turns out perfectly. The pancakes are soft, not rubbery, and go well with all kinds of fillings.
Ingredients:
- semolina, 6 tbsp;
- flour, 100 gr;
- milk, 2 cups;
- sugar, 100 gr;
- eggs, 3 pcs;
- vegetable oil, 50 g;
- baking soda, 1\2 psp.
Instructions
Combine the eggs with sugar and beat until smooth.
Add milk and vegetable oil and beat until smooth.
Mix the flour and semolina, baking soda and pour this mixture into the liquid base, knead the dough.
Leave the batter for 20 minutes to allow the semolina to swell well.
Fry the pancakes as usual, in a pan on both sides, until brown.
The pancakes roll up perfectly and do not fall apart because of the filling, so you can use a variety of products for the filling. Serve the pancakes with sour cream, honey, homemade cream or chocolate paste to your liking. You can also use salty fillings such as meat, vegetables, or fish.
