Apricots, figs, nuts, lemon and honey – an incredibly delicious combination. One spoonful of this vitamin paste, and your body will be ready to face viruses.
Ingredients (1 serving)
- Honey 4 tbsp.
- dried apricots 100 г
- Raisins 30 г
- Lemon to taste
- Cinnamon 0.5 tsp.
- Walnuts 50 г
- Dates 100 г
Soak the dried fruit in warm water for 15-20 minutes.
Slice the lemon.
Drain the water from the dried fruit, add the walnuts, lemon, honey and cinnamon. Stir. If the honey is not liquid, melt it in a water bath.
Grind the mass with a blender.
