This delicious and beautiful dessert will not leave anyone indifferent.
– cold water, 1 l.
– sour cream, 500 ml
– gelatin, 25 g
– different fruit jelly, 4 types in bags
– sugar, ¾ glass or to taste
– vanilla extract, 1 tsp
Make jelly from bags according to the instructions and set to freeze in refrigerator. Do not forget that a very dense jelly is needed for the cake, so we add 2 times less water – pour half of the amount specified in the instructions.
Pour gelatin with water and leave for 10 minutes to swell, then melt in a water bath and cool in forms.
Combine sugar and sour cream and beat for at least 3 minutes.
Pour in the gelatin and beat until smooth.
Take out the jelly from the refrigerator and from the containers, cut it into pieces and put it in a container in which we will make the cake.
Fill the cubes with sour cream jelly and put them in the refrigerator overnight.
Take it out of the mold, if not, put container with the cake in boiling water for a few seconds and decorate to taste.
