Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Canola or vegetable oil for frying
