Ready to make your own funnel cake? Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Canola or vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs.
  2. Pour in the milk, water, and vanilla, and whisk until well blended.
