This dish’s simplicity and deliciousness explain its viral popularity. Begin by preheating the oven and preparing a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) baking dish with tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss the ingredients to coat them evenly. Create a well in the center of the dish.

In the center well, place the cream cheese, feta, Gruyere, white cheddar, mozzarella, and heavy cream. Do not mix them. Bake the dish uncovered for about 30 minutes. During this time, cook your pasta noodles if they are not ready yet.

Once the baking is complete, remove the dish from the oven, add the cooked pasta, and stir until everything is well combined. Serve immediately with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and parsley. For an extra kick, add crushed red pepper flakes. This dish pairs wonderfully with garlic breadsticks.

  • 2 ounces (60 grams) cream cheese
  • ¼ cup (30 grams) feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup (30 grams) Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup (30 grams) white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup (30 grams) mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup (60 milliliters) heavy cream
  • 8 ounces (230 grams) cavatappi noodles, cooked al dente
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated, for garnish
  • Parsley, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
