Juicy and flavorful zucchini in a batter with herbs and spices. They can be prepared not only for a simple dinner, but also for a picnic.
- zucchini, 1 pc;
- flour, 3 tbsp;
- eggs, 2 pcs;
- sour cream, 3 tablespoons;
- salt, pepper, spices, dill.
Zucchini is better to take young, so that the seeds were very soft and you do not have to cut anything out.
Salt on both sides and leave to soak.
Finely chop the dill and mix with the sour cream, eggs and flour. The batter should be thick.
Zucchini circles can be wiped with paper towels to remove excess water.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Dip zucchini circles in flour, then dip them in the batter and put them on the pan.
