The pork in this recipe is amazingly delicious and flavorful! Be sure to try cooking it this way and you won’t regret it!

- fresh rosemary-6 sprigs
- spice mix “Italian herbs with Himalayan salt”-1 tsp.

STEP BY STEP RECIPE
Rub the pork loin with the spice mix “Italian herbs”, drizzle with olive oil, cover with fresh rosemary and tie with cooking floss.
Wrap the meat in cling film and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
Prepare the sun-dried tomatoes in advance. Cut them into 4 pieces, remove the seeds.
Place on a baking tray, season with Italian herbs and garlic, put the tray in a warm oven and leave for 3-4 hours.
Transfer the cooked tomatoes to a salad bowl and pour the olive oil, add fresh garlic.
The meat should preferably be sealed before you send it to the grill. You can do this on an open fire, but it is more convenient in a pan, lightly greasing it with olive oil.
Then transfer the meat to the grill and, turning constantly, cook it until tender. You can determine the degree of doneness according to your taste.
Serve the meat with sun-dried tomatoes and red dry wine.
