It takes a little time and effort to make such a cake, but the result will certainly please you and your family – the cake is very good, incredibly tender, airy and just melts in the mouth.
- 250 gr. ricotta
- 250 gr. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 gr softened butter
- 75 gr. cocoa powder
- 80 gr. flour
- 10 gr. baking powder
STEP BY STEP RECIPE
Turn the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking dish (26 cm) with butter and dust it with flour (or line it with baking paper). Place the ricotta in a large bowl, add the sugar and mix well with a whisk (or hand mixer) until smooth.
Add the eggs and mix vigorously.
Put melted butter in slices and stir again.
Sift the cocoa powder into the bowl.
Finally add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix well so that there are no lumps.
Place the dough in the prepared mold and place in the preheated oven to bake for 30 minutes.
Be sure to check the readiness of the pie with a wooden skewer. Take the cake out of the oven and cool on a rack.
