  • Milk: ¾ cup (180 ml)
  • Mozzarella Cheese: 2 cups (226 g), shredded
  • Parmesan Cheese: ½ cup (55 g), grated
  • Dried Basil: ½ teaspoon
  • Dried Parsley: ½ teaspoon
  • Salt and Pepper: to taste


Meatball Layer


  • Mozzarella Cheese: 1 ½ cups (170 g), freshly grated
  • Parsley: for garnish


  • Preheat the Oven: Set to 350°F (177°C).

Prepare the Noodles:

  • Cook according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain.

Mix the Cheeses:

  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, ricotta, milk, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add the warm noodles and mix well.

  • Grease a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) baking dish.
