This appetizer impresses with its simplicity of cooking, composition of products and bright, memorable taste and aroma.
Ingredients:
- tomatoes, 2 – 3 pcs;
- poached egg, 1 pc;
- Greens and garlic to taste;
- mayonnaise, 2 tbsp;
- cheese, 70 g;
- salt, pepper.
Instruction:
Cut the tomatoes not very thin circles and spread them on the lettuce leaves, which should be covered with a dish.
Tip: Choose dense tomatoes, so that after you cut them, they do not become very leaky and disintegrate.
Grate the cheese and egg on a medium grater and mix with mayonnaise.
You can also just grate the garlic or pass it through the press. Mix the garlic with the mass.
Finely chop any desired herbs and mix with the mass, salt and pepper.
Place the stuffing on the tomato wedges and sprinkle with the greens.
Tip: you can not add an egg to the mass, but just sprinkle it on the cheese with garlic and mayonnaise. Hard cheese is a very good substitute for processed cheese. Also, many people add slices of sweet and hot peppers, green peas or canned corn to the mass. The result is a small, bite-sized snack – salads.
