Take any minced meat to your liking, salt it, pepper it and add all the spices with which you fill the mince. Add finely chopped dill and knead the mass.

Kefir should be at room temperature. Combine it with baking soda and leave it for 3 or 4 minutes until it starts to react.

Add all other ingredients and thoroughly knead the homogeneous dough.

Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil and pour some of the dough, spread the filling and place the second part of the dough on top.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the pie for 35 to 40 minutes, depending on your oven.

As a filling you can take not only minced meat, but also mushroom, cottage cheese filling, liver pate, etc.
