With prunes all salads have a very original taste, it is often added to the most expensive dishes in restaurants. And this salad belongs to the premium class, although there are no expensive products in it.
Ingredients:
- Prunes, 12 – 14 pcs;
- chicken fillet, 1 part of breast;
- mushrooms, 12 pcs;
- Korean carrots, 100 g;
- canned corn, 5 tbsp;
- mayonnaise, 2 tbsp;
- onion, 1 pc;
- salt, pepper.
Cooking process
Cut the onion into small cubes and marinate in vinegar, sugar and salt (0.5 tsp each), pour boiling water and leave until cool. Before adding to the salad, squeeze.
Cube the meat and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil until ruddy and cool.
Mushrooms cut into slices and fry in any way. Also cool.
Chop the prunes in small pieces.
Shred finely the Korean carrots.
Mix the meat, prunes, carrots, onion, corn and mushrooms.
Salt and pepper to taste, season with mayonnaise.
To serve, you can portion it out or put it on a plate and decorate it with carrots and sprigs of greens.
