  • Sweet Chili Sauce: The sweetness of the chili sauce complements the spicy kick from the Sriracha.
  • Sriracha: Adjust the Sriracha quantity based on your spice preference, adding up to a teaspoon for extra heat.
  • Spaghetti Noodles: While spaghetti is traditional, feel free to use any pasta variety you have on hand.

Making Spicy Shrimp Pasta with Bang Bang Sauce

Once the sauce is ready, it’s time to prepare the shrimp pasta. Cook the spaghetti noodles until al dente, then drain and set aside. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat, then add the seasoned shrimp and cook until firm and opaque.

Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook briefly before removing from heat. Toss in the cooked noodles and bang bang sauce, ensuring everything is thoroughly coated. Serve hot, optionally garnished with green onions and red pepper flakes for extra flavor and heat. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days.
