  • 1/3 cup (91 g) buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk (optional, for a looser consistency)
  • 2 cups (280 g) rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup (113 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups (169.5 g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    Slice the French baguette or ciabatta lengthwise into two halves. Place both halves, cut-side up, on the prepared baking sheet.
