Very juicy and delicious low-calorie salad. The combination of flavors of shrimp and avocado make it a special highlight. A dressing of lemon juice and olive oil makes this salad not only tasty but also healthy.
Ingredients (2 servings)
- Shrimps 225g
- Cherry tomatoes 200 г
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Jalapeno pepper 1 pc.
- Fresh cilantro to taste
- Olive oil 1 tbsp.
- Avocado 1 pc.
- Butter 2 tbsp.
- Canned corn 1 cup
- Red Onion 0.5 pcs.
- Fresh parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Thaw and peel the shrimp.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes. Place the cooked shrimp on a plate and allow to cool.
Cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Peel the avocado and cut into random slices.
Chop the onions and peppers. Many people don’t like jalapeño peppers for their taste, so they can be replaced with bell peppers.
Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add the corn.
Place the cooled shrimp on top.
Prepare the salad dressing by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Dress the salad and mix. It is better not to store the salad in the refrigerator, and immediately serve it.
This salad is ready in 15 minutes and will make you very happy with its taste!
