A delicious and quick dinner for the whole family.
Ingredients (6 servings)
- Fresh dill to taste
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Tomato Pasta 2 tbsp.
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Tomato juice 200 ml
- Ground beef 300 gr
- Pasta “nests” 8 units.
- Salt to taste
- Onions 1 pc.
- Dried herbs 1 pc.
Instructions
Finely chop the onions.
Add the onions to the ground meat.
Salt, pepper and stir.
Grease the frying pan with a little oil and place the nests.
Place minced meat on top of the nests.
In a bowl mix the tomato paste and vegetable oil.
Add salt, sugar, pepper and dried herbs.
Add the tomato juice.
Pour the dressing into the pan, cook under a lid for 25 minutes over medium heat.
Serve hot.
