Today I suggest an interesting option for cooking juicy cutlets. You won’t have to stand at the stove, controlling the frying process, and there won’t be any greasy splashes of oil on the stove.
Ingredients
- Any ground meat – 800 g-1 kg
- Onions – 2 pcs.
- Tomatoes – 2-3 pcs.
- Hard cheese – 150 gr
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp.
- Greens
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Instructions
To prepare these cutlets you can use absolutely any minced meat at your discretion – I have a mixed (pork, beef). We add meat minced through the meat grinder onion or just chopped finely. Salt, pepper to taste.
Stir it, and give it a good beating to make the mince more pliable.
Grate cheese on a fine grater, and remove a small amount of it to the side – will need at the end.
In a bowl with the cheese, put sour cream, finely chopped greens, salt and pepper, and stir.
Form small balls of minced meat, weighing 80-100 grams.
Now we take the formed ball of minced meat and make a hole in the middle, and put inside about a teaspoon of cheese filling, pinch the edges and again form a ball.
Prepared cutlets put in a suitable form for baking or just on a baking tray.
Next, cut the tomatoes into circles, and place them on top of the cutlets, one circle at a time. Send it to bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
After half an hour, remove the form with cutlets from the oven, and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. And place in the oven for another 10 minutes.
And now our juicy and delicious cutlets are ready!
Be sure to try this deliciousness! Bon appetit!
