Incredibly delicious Pancho cake, very easy to make, even children can cope with this recipe. The taste makes it absolutely impossible to guess what it is made of.
The cake is very tender and soft, and it is always eaten very quickly.
Ingredients (8 servings)
- Sour cream 700 g
- Sugar powder 50g
- Walnuts 100g
- Chocolate 100g
- Bananas 2 pcs.
- Chocolate gingerbread 400g
Instructions
Large gingerbread cut, if small gingerbread, then leave intact.
Add powdered sugar to the sour cream.
Beat for 7-10 minutes until the mass has increased in size. Pour a glass of sour cream to grease the top of the cake.
Bananas cut into rings.
Chop the walnuts with a knife or rolling pin.
Cover a dish of suitable size with clingfilm.
Dip the gingerbread in sour cream.
Put the gingerbread in a container.
Next, a layer of bananas.
Then the walnuts.
Now repeat the layers – gingerbread, bananas and nuts. It is best to make the last layer only of gingerbread. Put the cake in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
Cover the cake plate with a flat plate and turn it upside down. Remove the cling film from the cake.
Take the rest of the sour cream and smear it on top of the cake.
Melt chocolate and decorate the cake on top, sprinkling walnuts on top at the end. Now our beautiful cake is ready!
